The advice I was given after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was to "just deal with it". I lived in constant pain, and felt depressed, exhausted, and hopeless until I figured out a way to reduce my symptoms by working with them, instead of fighting them. Since then, I've helped countless clients with chronic illnesses reduce their pain symptoms.
